Vetting criteria
Before being placed in a Camelot property, you will have to attend our offices for an interview during which you will need to demonstrate that you meet our placement criteria.
We expressly select people who are flexible and have a strong sense of responsibility. Please only apply if you are available to move in immediately because Camelot does not keep waiting lists.
Vetting criteria
- Available and able to move in immediately
- No Criminal Record
- Age 18 or older
- Able to prove a regular income
- Valid residence permit
- No Families/ No Pets
Please Note: You will only hear from us if you have been selected for a property. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of your application, you can assume that somebody else has been selected for the living space. However we always encourage you to apply to other properties via the 'Available Now' pages.
