Application procedure

If you think you would be suitable as a Live-in Guardian and are interested in living temporarily in one of our properties, you can check out our current availability directly via this website. The listings change several times a week so it is always worth keeping an eye on them or follow us on twitter @ camelotie for real time updates.

STEP 1: APPLY DIRECTLY FOR A PROPERTY OF YOUR CHOICE
If you are interested in one of the available properties on the site, complete the application form (click on the button to the right of the property description). Only fully completed application forms will be considered. We do not provide more information about the properties for security reasons as well as an ever changing list, you will receive more infomration if you have been selected based on your application.

STEP 2: CAMELOT MAKES A SELECTION FROM ALL APPLICATIONS
Please bear in mind that Camelot often receives dozens of applications for each property on offer. We will vet all applications to find the right Guardian, taking into account the property owner's wishes, the type of property, the location as well as who has been first to apply.

STEP 3: WE INVITE SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO A VIEWING
If we think you might be the right Guardian for a property, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to invite you to a viewing. This will enable us to see if you are indeed suitable and to give you more information about the property and how we work.

STEP 4: MOVE IN!                                                                   

If both parties are happy, you sign the Licence Agreement and you can move in; often within just a few days.

Please note: you will only hear from us if you have been selected for a property. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of your application, you can assume that somebody else has been selected for the living space. Of course you can always apply again via the site.
