Strict selection of guardians

Camelot does not work with waiting lists or recommendations from existing guardians. Instead we select guardians, tenants or users who are considered suitable for a particular property and who meet the property owner's wishes. Many of our Guardians are key workers such as nurses and teachers; people with a sense of responsibility who will secure and look after your property.

We ask interested parties to apply for properties that are currently available via our web site. You will only find properties on the web site to which we cannot transfer existing guardians.

Strict selection
Based on the applications for a property, our Guardian Manager department will interview only those people who meet the specified criteria. Every candidate needs to visit our offices for interview and bring all the necessary documents so that they can be checked and photocopied. Motivation and attitude determine whether someone may live and/or work in properties managed by Camelot. We choose guardians who demonstrate that they have a sense of responsibility. Only then will a guardian be offered a contract to sign.
