Large vacant properties with large rooms lend themselves perfectly to being used as temporary accommodation for artists' studios and start-ups. They use the temporary occupation space as a professional workspace.

Large, outdated, vacant office blocks are often difficult to repurpose. Our assignment is usually not just temporary management but also to give the building a social purpose.

Camelot selects and places entrepreneurs starting their own business and artists looking for a cheap space for their work or craft. If required, we can provide porters and reception services or provide a concierge.
