PROJECT
A castle dating from before 1300 that was home to aristocratic families in the 16th and 17th centuries. In the 20th century it passed through the hands of the General Mineworkers Fund to the ownership of religions institutions. More recently the castle was used as a centre for religious reflection.
There was an imminent threat of theft and vandalism. Within just two days, Camelot was able to install Guardians who met the client's stringent requirements in every respect. The Guardians keep the property from falling into disrepair. They make daily rounds to report on the state of the property and the grounds.
TESTIMONIAL
Frederik Nijpjes, director of the eponymous steward's office in Sint Odilienberg: "When a complex like this, with a castle and large grounds, is vacant, it immediately comes over as cold and begins to degenerate. A phone call to Camelot was all that was needed. Simply the appearance of being lived in was enough to deter uninvited guests. But what really makes a difference is that we no longer have to check that everything is in order every day ourselves.
