Red Apple skyscraper in Rotterdam

TYPE OF PROJECT
Red Apple skyscraper building site in Rotterdam

OUR SERVICES
Building site occupation in a living container at the gate

CLIENT
Bouwbedrijf Heijmerink van Eesteren, Bunnik

TESTIMONIAL
O.J. de Goeij, project preparation at Heijmerink Van Eesteren:'Thefts have fallen considerably since the temporary occupation of the building site. In short, this is a very affordable alternative to security.'

CASE
The talk-of-the-town newbuild project, The Red Apple, an initiative by PWS Rotterdam, is a symbol of the international allure of the Netherlands' only true metropolis. It will literally be a 120-metre high, fire-engine red, apartment tower.
The newbuild project in the city centre was very vulnerable and difficult to secure in the evenings. The Camelot living container just behind the gate, along with very visible signs on the fences, ensure that the lights stayed on on the building site in the evening, enabling thefts to be reduced to a minimum.
