How to gain approval for the Property Guardian policy

• We will arrange a 'no obligation' free inspection of your property/development.
• We will send you an offer – outlining the number of Guardians to be installed.
• If the offer is acceptable to you, Camelot will begin installing our Guardians – Usually within 14 working days.
• Camelot will advise Chartis Insurance Ireland Limited of the acceptability and the installation date of Guardians.
• Camelot will then begin our Inspection reporting and Property Management Programme.
