Replace Locks to Front and Rear Doors (Master Key System) €350 + VAT

Any costs to make the building habitable

Weekly Management fee of €40 - €500 pw. + VAT (Depending on size of Property/Development.

EXAMPLE
Building owner pays €2500 + VAT per Week for 24 Hour Security.
Total cost PA €130,000 +VAT

VIA CAMELOT
The Same owner, Paid €6000 + VAT to make their building habitable, has 4 Guardians installed protecting their property, and thereafter paid €150 + VAT per week

Total Cost PA - €13,800 + VAT

TOTAL SAVING PA - €116,200 + VAT
