Camelot has an extensive supply chain supporting the delivery of our facilities management and security services. Our customers benefit from well established supplier relationships that deliver proven quality and value across our range of services. These relationships are reviewed regularly as part of our approved supplier and approved contractor performance reviews. We are always investigating new suppliers who can bring fresh ideas that continue to improve our customers' experience.
Our success is based upon our management expertise and experience. We provide our customers with strategic advice that assists them in making informed decisions and management of their day-to-day facilities service delivery, allowing them to concentrate on their core activities.
Camelot Property Management has it's own in-house maintenance team. Camelot Property Management has strict rules and controls on the approved subcontractors that it uses.
An e-permit system is in place to ensure:
- only accredited contractors for the task in hand are allowed access to the incident this reduces insurance risk to building
Supplier & Contractor Accreditation
We have introduced a supplier and contractor accreditation process in order to vet our potential suppliers and contractors. Many of our clients will only use approved suppliers / contractors and all new suppliers / contractors must have first gained approved status before they perform any work on our behalf.
Becoming a supplier
If you are interested in becoming a supplier please bear in mind that you will first need to complete our approved contractor / supplier forms and agree to our service level agreement.
