We are looking for the very best Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team. The role involves prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the field baseds sales team.

Essential responsibilities:

The essential responsibilities of an Inside Sales Development Representative are:

  • Prospecting by making a large amount of phone calls, both warm and cold to capture sales
  • Understanding prospects’ needs and qualifying their potential for our services.
  • Making use of various social media channels to research & qualify the right targets.
  • Developing a solid understanding of Camelot Europe’s services and solutions.
  • Communicating our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers.
  • Following up on marketing-, channel- and sales.
  • Building account maps and driving campaigns together with marketing and the Business Development Teams.
  • Monitoring sales follow-up and progress from prospects to opportunities.
  • Managing- and tracking prospects.

Job Requirements

Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills. Proven sales and research skills. Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly.

  • Organized and able to follow department processes and work flow.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Good understanding on how our services positively impact Vacant Property Management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within department and across functions.
  • Ability to analyse information and convey information clearly to help prospects make the decision to personally meet with Camelot’s Business Development Executives for a further presentation of our solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Availability as soon as April 15.

The normal hours of work for this position are: 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday. (30 minute lunch break)
