As Sales Manager Security, you turn your business into a commercial success. You expand your customer portfolio through sales and acquisition activities. Are you entrepreneurial and outspokenly commercial? Would you like to work independently and would you like to be responsible for your results? Then this is your job!

What is our Sales Manager Security going to do?

You will advise and sell our security products to companies that want to secure their premises and/or valuable equipment properly, without having to hire expensive manpower. You will be able to do this for both short and long periods of time. But always at the location to be secured.

Think for example of the security of an empty building by alarm cases and building site security by watchtowers or an event where in a command vehicle security cameras can be read out.

You make a sales-year plan and execute it. You conquer a leading position in a region or market segments by targeting potentially interesting parties there: through digital campaigns and through face-to-face sales conversations with, for example, real estate owners or construction companies. You record your sales activities directly in systems such as SalesForce so that your colleagues can easily take over as part of the total service provision process.

You see to it that quotations are worked out in time and you follow them up. This way you realize the goals you have set in your sales plan. You report to the international security business unit director.

You will be supported remotely by an inside-sales employee who generates leads. So that you can focus on what you are good at: scoring new business!

You have the following experience and competences

  • You have a Bachelor degree or equal by experience;
  • Experience or affinity with technical products or solutions in the field of security;
  • You are entrepreneurial and have a drive for commercial success;
  • You have about 2 to 3 years of proven success in B2B sales experience;
  • You know how to present and pitch Camelot and your products in such a way that the deal is awarded to you;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written);
  • You like to travel for work and have your driver's license B.
